Onsite Health Check

Our Onsite Health Check for 2024 is scheduled for October 8-9, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The event will take place in the Blaylock and Centennial Rooms of the Trail Ops Building. We will perform vital sign checks, screen for early signs of health issues, and provide counselling on the results. The entire process will take approximately 60 minutes and will include different stations such as blood pressure monitoring, mental health resources, nutrition consultation, physiotherapy, and more!

Early detection of health issues is crucial for prompt treatment and a healthy life. We encourage all employees to attend this important screening event. Please remember to notify your supervisor in advance if you plan to attend.

After visiting all the stations, you will be able to enter a draw to win a fabulous prize!
