Gord has been with the program since it's inception in 2006. He was co-chair of the Inspiring Wellness and Learning Committee for five years before moving to the chairs position in 2011. After retiring from Teck Trail Operations in March of 2016 as the Health and Safety Chair for Local 480 of the United Steelworkers, he moved into the coordinators role where he currently sits.

Gord is also a workplace facilitator for the Canadian Mental Health Association.

Bethel Torres joined IWL as our Administrative Assistant after working at the Trail Skills Centre for a number of years. Bethel looks after programming our three course calendars as well as all the registrations for these programs.

She is also one of the main conduits between our employees and our program as hers is the friendly voice you will hear when you call the office!
