FREE Lunchtime Online Stretch Break with Alle MacAulay- Via Teams
We understand that it is sometimes difficult to get up and get moving during the workday especially if you are in an office setting. This 30-minute guided stretch is designed for you to take a thirty-minute break at lunch, get out of your chair to stretch your muscles and to help improve posture and alleviate the tension that comes with working at a static position. Focused on areas commonly affected by sitting such as the neck, shoulders, back, and wrists, this session offers simple stretches that can be done at your desk or in a small space. It’s the perfect way to refresh and recharge during the workweek, there is no equipment needed, and it is fantastic for your mental health as well. Not in an office setting? The program will run on Thursdays beginning January 9th until February 27th from 11:00am to 11:30. Anyone with access to Teams can join in. If you have a spouse or partner at home or in another office, they can join in too! It's FREE for everyone.
